So uh, i have this OC Named Madison, SHe has the same middle name as me, her last name is Crystal. She has 6 sisters, which makes Madison the 7th. she and her sisters were born on a planet named Gamora. but then an evil entity named Hazmat came to her home planet and destroyed almost half of her home. it was just 5 weeks after Madison and her sisters were born, the king and queen(Madison´s mom and dad) had no other choice but to send madison and her sisters to earth, but only six made it. the last one (Who is named Nova) got kidnapped by Hazmat. as madison and her sister were about to land on earth, her three sisters landed in opposite directions. only Madison and her 2 sisters landed on the place together. 13 years later, when they turned 13, Madison and her two sisters, Shimo and Tsurai, realized they had magical powers. I´m too lazy to explain the rest of the story. my OC got 40% Mary-Sue.

My characters parents were murdered, shes a teen, shes (minor) royalty -- but I cant change any of that because I'm doing a role playing writing thing with my friends and those are the basics for most of the characters. Its like a school for royalty but all the parents were assasinated and spies have infiltrated the school playing as royals. I only got 24%, which isn't bad considering the pretty cliche background. She's pretty normal looking and can get really jealous so that helped I think. Any suggestions?

My character is MHA fan oc called Kumiko hisa (first name is Kumiko) so you might not understand if you haven't seen the anime. Yurei is an alias she uses throughout the story.

*She the daughter of the pro hero Spiriter (another oc) and a cop. She was a late bloomer with her quirk and I mean a LATE bloomer since she didn't get her quirk until she was 11. She was a joyous, loud child before finding out she was a late bloomer. After that she became rather reserved so her classmates wouldn't question her about her quirk. Her family life was stable until an incident. She had gotten her quirk which is a combination of her parents quirk which I will have to explain. Her mom's quirk called spirit allows her to have the appearance or abilities of a dead person or animal so if she uses a cheetah she can run really fast. Her dad's quirk is exchange so whatever he touches he can turn it into something else. So whatever Yurei touches will turn into an animal or object of her choice. A few month later she joined some classmates doing some vigilante s--- cause they think they are so strong and can be a hero. Basically hero killer is in the area and a run in with him equals traumatic experience for Yurei. Her quirk has a sort of energy bar that decreases each time she uses it and when it gets to zero she gets exhausted and bruised/cuts will appear on her body. She is at her limit and yells at stain (so smart-_-) to distract him from a class mate. Scars are left and stain let's them live cause they are vigilantes not really heroes or even heroes in training. Family finds out and Yurei is no longer allowed to be a hero cause it's way to dangerous for someone with no experience with their quirk. She runs away to pursue her dream and ends up working all kinds of jobs at 16 while lying about her age using her quirk to look like someone else. A teacher at ua witnesses her help protect some civilians in a villain attack and nezu is nezu helping her

I got 4% and the comment said "go ahead and make her a little prettier!" :P ..She is already pretty, but she mostly doesn't know how to deal with the situation they've all ended up in and is trying her best to deal with it just as everyone else is (and yes, failing, and making bad decisions that she initially is sure are the right choices.. and then realizes she maybe picked the wrong side to begin with but it's too late so she has to kind of stick it out). Like everyone else involved, she has to learn to adjust to this new, horrible situation as it unfolds with no supernatural skills or magical weapons or anything, and they all have to use each others' strengths to try to make it through. She's a tracker and can find her way through an environment the others would be lost in, and knows how to use the land in that environment to survive (to not starve or die of thirst, where to find shelter etc), but the others are physically much stronger and highly trained in combat meaning they can fight the creatures hunting them, so they work with each other to survive in this brutal new reality they've all been thrust into. The problem is, as stated earlier, she realizes when it's too late that she maybe picked the wrong side. She has to sacrifice all of her own morals as a result which leads to catastrophic results.

I've done this for a few of my characters, and this one is probably my lowest yet (19% for context) most of the answers were no, this character is based on me, her name is Blair Archambeau. she is a queen in a kingdom roleplay me and my friends do, her husband is named Arthur Blanche. she is known as the "Witch Queen of the North" to other kingdoms, but it's only rumored she can actually do magic

backstory in summary: she is the hundredth generation in a now-century old witch bloodline, magic is outlawed in the kingdom she lives in (her family is a Noble family), from a young age she was supposed to marry the prince to make peace between the Archambeau and Blanche families. she actually ends up falling in love with the prince. her mother, Armara, is not happy with this marriage from the start, and at their wedding, she curses the prince to slowly fall out of love with her daughter.

currently, they still love each other, but soon he'll start to love someone else and she will end up using her magic to take over the kingdom

Ooo, this was fun! I got 23%- I understand it, honestly. I usually don't use her as a MAIN main character but just as a character for my fanfics of others for a certain scenario (a host of a room, kind of)- but her backstory itself is generally very mary sue-ish. Now she's just kind of a servant though

Hm...interesting. For fun, I tried this with an existing character, Alice Yabusame from YTTD. I did not expect him to get a 15%.

I took this with my sister using her persona from many years ago. She got 69%. I absolutely hated that mary sue character, but she always got mad when I called her a mary sue. She lived in the undertale universe and was dating sans. It was god-awful.

27% isnt horrible, but I havent built her up as a character much yet, so theres definitely room for improvement. My Ocs name is Shyntdira Tekenurden and she was created when I started reading the Legend of Drizzt series, so naturally shes a dark elf. Instead of her eyes being red or purple, she has green eyes with subtle gold flecks (I hope its not too Mary Sue-ish) and she is a young priestess from one of the top ten most powerful houses in a neighboring Drow city, Ched-Nasad. Her personality aligns more with the followers of Eilistraee than of Lolth. Im still working on her though.

I got 18%. Honestly, pretty satisfied with that. It helped me flesh out my character a bit, which is great because she's based off the Cuphaed game. This also made me realize a lot of my old characters are Mary Sues .... gonna have to fix that some day

23%? Yea, I get that. they are based off of Nightmare Sans from dreamtale but have the design of a character from Sky, Children Of The Light. I try to make them as realistic as possible -v-

I got 13% mary sue, lol, it's funny how it says to make my character more pretty but she is already really pretty, idk if i should add more to her or something:

Skin color: extremely pale lol.

Eye color: Blue and green, change color based on how she's feeling. (Only extreme emotions)

Weakness: water.

Powers: Pyrokinesis and the typical grim reaper stuff.

Parents: Queen of fire and grim reaper.

Fear: Hydrophobia (fear of water since it can kill her)

Personality: pretty much a yandere, since she starts off nice but ends up even killing someone. And she's also mean af with people she doesn't know lol.

Her being mean comes from her past, she ran away and got captured, she promised to herself that it will never happen again when she escaped, so now she's more defensive.

Siblings: 2 brothers (1 dies) and 1 sister (mean af and abandons her)

She's also a pyromaniac (I have done my research) it came from her always seeing people lighting up things from her window. And she's also fire-inmune btw, she acts like a fire in every way, she can even melt ice lol.

She also has bipolar disorder, making her eyes change from yellow (extremely happy) to blue (extremely sad), to sometimes purple which represents the psychosis side of it.

I'm planning on making a short version of the story with a lot of comedy (in a nutchell) so yeah-

25% so i tried my first oc he is a human 17 (don't know name) word where "magic" exist so backstory he got his powers yung when they wheren't common yet and as a idialistik kid tried helping people and he did but he got boss of magia to prison so other mebers wanted to get revange they folowed him to his home and planted a bomb other day he had his bithday so all his family came he was inside taking cups when he went out bomb explodet he was far so he survived then member of the mafia come in to look at the mess but when he saw them he snap and kiled them his father survived but he killed him by mistake stoping his rage THE END. One more thing about "magic" when you unlock the "2th state" your eyecolor change his changet to blue but beacose of the rage his eyes started turnig red but he stoped before both his eyes were red so one eye red one blue

I got 23% for my oc and her name is Estrella Esmeralda Cortez and shes a human being. Shes a character in a story and I was worried she was a Mary Sue due to the fact many people like her (probably because they feel bad for her?) and hates the fact of many people liking her. She has a wolfdog named lobo and a twin brother named Miguel. She is a Mexican. She has anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Even though she belongs to a rich family, lot of people despise her. Shes insecure, has trust issues, and pretty sadistic at times. She has a low self esteem and is definitely flawed. She believes shes not good enough and blames herself for the death of her older sister. Her character and design was based off me, your everyday sad potato. She is chubby and has anger issues.

My OC is Uni she had a normal past and she is 2% Mary Sue. Yeah!
