I guess that I only got 92% because I would try to avoid saying something that might offend, not that I would actually lie, just avoid telling the truth. My wife however is like a dog at a bone and won't let me avoid answering a question. She then gets upset when I do. :D

Awesome, not a moron! However, I do have one question. Why do you capitalize every single word? You're only supposed to do that for the beginning of a sentence and proper nouns.

Sarah Louise, I'm going to challenge your preconceptions of a leader. You seem to have the idea that all leaders, or at least the good ones, are mean, manipulative people. That's false. If you're a nice person, that'll pay off in the long term. People will recognize that and as long as you kindly push towards your goals, you'll probably reach them. If you're mean, your success will never feel authentic and your mistakes will catch up to you. However, remember that being nice is not the same thing as being a pushover. The two are commonly confused but definitely not the same thing. A leader can lead from the back or front, but remember to take care not to be trampled on.
