I was born and raised in Boston, but isn't weird that I got Midland? I know many friends that have a Boston accent. I normally adapt to an accent when I move. I guess it is true. It's strange that many people think this quiz is highly unaccurate.

I was shown as a North Central even though I was born and raised about 2 years of my life in California and now I live in Nevada so I am a little confused because I don't even think I have an accent.

This quiz is so accurate! I was born and raised in Washington, and I still live here, and I got West! Nice job whoever made it!

I was born and raised in North Carolina and have lived in New York City for the past 30 years. My friends and colleagues in NYC think I have a strong Southern accent. I am in agreement with them, but I don't think my accent is as strong as those of my friends and family members who reside where I grew up. I found it odd, that the result of this quiz was that I have a 100% Midland accent.

I think the quiz is right on. I have lived in the north for over 50 years but the quiz said I had a southern accent. It knew I was born in the south and grew up listening to my mom and dad who were both from the south. People tell me I have a southern accent but I never believed them until now.

Dumb quiz, I got absolutely nothing out of it and I think it still has a lot of improvement needed.

It said I have a Boston accent, my dad is from Philadelphia and my Mom is from Houston, I was born and raised in Houston and have always considered myself to have a "general" American accent, but I got 88% Boston?
