What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The West 96%Your accent is the lowest common denominator of American speech. Unless you're a SoCal surfer, no one thinks you have an accent. And really, you may not even be from the West at all, you could easily be from Florida or one of those big Southern cities like Dallas or Atlanta.

I like this quiz! It's pretty accurate. I got North Central. I live in the Lower Peninsula, but I lived in Wisconsin and the UP for three years each, so I guess it's really relevant. I think I kind of have "mixed accent"
-
midland accent seems okay ig
-
There's no way they put "Dallas" as a "For all we know" thing... i live in Dallas (also I got midland aka no accent, which makes sense, even though I've lived in texas all my life)
-
also, this quiz is almost as old as me (it's 17 years, and I'm 18)

What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Midland 95%"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

I've been told I have a accent, I'm from Iowa which is Midland yet I ended up getting a no accent even tho the questions didn't make any sense, idk about you but answering whether or not something sounds the same ain't really accurate to how I may sound.

Your Result: Boston 93%
You definitely have a Boston accent, even if you think you don't. Of course, that doesn't mean you are from the Boston area, you may also be from New Hampshire or Maine.
Okay?? I'm not shocked 😑😑

EFFECTIVE AND POWERFUL SPELL CASTER ONLINE... This has really worked and I am proud to testify of it. I saw a post on how a lady got her man back by Dr. Happy . My Husband and I have been separated for 3 years and some months. Although I never believed in spiritual work I reluctantly tried him because I was desperate and his spell worked perfectly. My man is back and now my relationship is now perfect just as Dr. Happy promised me when I contacted him for help . Getting your ex back permanently does not only bring back someone you love back, but it will also re-ignite your lover’s feelings for you to be as happy with that person as possible. My man now treats me like a queen and always says he loves me all the time. If you are going through difficulties in your relationship Email him for urgent help. Call-WHATSAPP; +234(706) (8494) (711)

none of these questions had much to do with southern accents, except maybe pen/pin and feel/fill. of course, we shouldn't expect a 13-question quiz to cover the nuances of over three million square miles' worth of regional accents, but I was a little disappointed to get 90% midland and only 46% south. that's what I get for being floridian/georgian lol

I was raised in tennis where in our small town there where no cars, not electricity. we used horses to get around and we did squire dancing! so i have a heavy country accent. idk what's going on here but. so i feel like this needs updating.

You may think you speak "Standard English straight out of the dictionary" but when you step away from the Great Lakes you get asked annoying questions like "Are you from Wisconsin?" or "Are you from Chicago?" Chances are you call carbonated drinks "pop."

8% North CentralI am a born Texas girl who lives in Texas. My mom's family is originally from Minnesota. I've always thought I didn't have an accent. My dad sounds like a typical Texas man. My mom has lived here since the 6th grade and nearly void of her northern accent. When I'm extremely exhausted and fighting sleep, my Texas twang is very pronounced.
