You know what, Im pretty happy with that. I used one of my favorite ocs Reynn Olsen, the captain of the royal knights in his home village, Atuavia of Khstanmar. He joined when he was 17 because his parents were killed (cliche, I know) by antagonist Lord Nilo, whose real name is Chaos. His goal: to protect his village from the next coming of Chaos and, most importantly, to shield his little sister, Rose. During his time as commander, he has grown close to Queen Camille, ruler of Atuavia, who eventually falls in love with the knight. A few years later, at age 23, Reynn is met with a young boy, the protagonist of the story, Nova, who eventually comes to the realization that he must help Queen Camille and the other royals of Khstanmar in their quest to defeat Chaos. And Reynn, begrudgingly, tags along and helps. Theres a bunch of other things that go along with his (or, their, I suppose) story, but its a bit much to write. I suppose Reynn does have some stereotypical attributes, but I tried to flesh him out as much as possible without it being too overbearing.

(15% mary sue) My ocs bame is nettlesting and she is a warrior cats oc (i have been making only warriors ocs for the past six years, this one is my latest.) she is just as important to the story as her mate Matthew (a kittypet) and her two kits (they are grown up now) Icewing and Clovertrot. They are a kind if toxic family, matthew not able to be very present in his childrens lives and nettlesting having a very short temper with her children due to resentment. This behavior from nettle comes from her firstborn kit, nightkit, drowning in a river while crossing. He was alone at the time, but Nettlesting still deemed it her own fault for bueng negligent. As a result she started to neglect her two living kits, a moon away from becoming warriors. Ice turned to himself to deal with his mothers lack of attention, becoming quite obserbvent and reserved. Clover turned to orhers, becoming quite the talker but ultimately having breakdowns whenever she was alone. The two turned to their mentors as parental figures, leaving Nettle with herself and her own denial, which she isnt able to deal with on her own. Nettle still hasnt recovered from losing her Nightkit, and it hasnt gotten better since her two living children started ignoring her. She is very close with the med cat, who us helping her get better. Ger children are permanently closed off from their mother. They visit Matthew sometimes to catch him up on clan life, but they dont really view him as a dad either.

I got 25% (better than 100 lmao). My o/c was from Lookism (biologically female). She's a child of Charles Choi and sister of Crystal. Though she looked pretty average (black hair, brown eyes, a bit slender figure and has some couple scars on her face from her training) she's still insecure about herself especially when Crystal has more potential than her being a capable fighter. This caused a competition between the two for their father's approval. She's insecure about her hand to hand combat skills that she uses weapons but she's still needs more training. She also doesn't like socializing but also hates being alone. It all changed when she met Daniel Park (main character) when he's still being bullied and she defended him from the bullies despite being scared on the inside. Daniel is one of her closest friends (she secretly has a crush on him). But she feels jealous when Crystal/Zoe gets close to him. Yet she's not open about her feelings and she feels complicated about it since she never got the approval of her father and she's afraid of rejection. She also acts cowardly when faced into much horrible situations but once she gets serious she can keep up with her opponent (but there's still chance that she'll loose especially when it's opponents like Gun, Goo, etc..). She also likes listening to music and art. She also likes learning the guitar but it's a bit hard for her to learn so she's just giving up on playing it. Thoughts?

anywho, I feel like no one should use this quiz to determine whether or not ur oc is a mary sue. cuz the questions are vague and like OCS are complex and a quiz can't determine that perfectly. the questions themselves couldn't not perfectly aline with someone's OC to determine whether or not it's a bad character. i dunno it's just odd! mary sue is an outdated term from a time when the online art community was the most toxic. guys do what you want! have fun!

She's a Tanuki puppet who has Schizophrenia, Tics, and ADHD

She's supposed to be a somewhat recreation of me (ex: Black hair, Schizo, ADHD, clumsy, etc.) I also made her fall in love with one of the main characters. She's possessed by a demon who can cover half of her body in toxic black ink with tentacles on her back. She's soft-spoken and barely talks, usually using hand gestures or her head.

She's multilingual (She can speak Japanese, English, Spanish, German, and Russian) with her nationality being Japanese.

I might add more, being that shes still in development, if anyone has tips for her/me, please do tell!

I did this for fun with my character. He started out as a self insert but has kinda evolved into his own thing, as well as a staple part of my storie and world building. I know this is old as s---, but I will take literally any opportunity to talk about my OC universe. He is part of the pantheon that I'm working on (and currently he's the only polished one) of gods. He's the God of saltwater (and can breathe only in salt water) and he is also in charge of marine life. He actually doesn't take the form of human very much anymore because after some things that go down in his pantheon (one of the gods wipes out the people who worshipped them) he and his pantheon fell from grace and lost the strength in their powers. Now he's unable to maintain a human form for long periods of time because condensing his original body into such a small form takes a lot of power. His normal look is a gigantic sea monster who slithers the depths. My current main OC for a webtoon I'm working on is actually a descendant of his, though he doesn't have really any powers other than the usual water-based stuff. Anyway, he's pretty pathetic especially when compared to the other gods, and him and the rest of his pantheon are looked down upon and ridiculed for the things that happened, which makes him hate interacting with other gods. His story revolves around him rebuilding his follower count and coming back into power in hopes of making life easier.

Yukira basically used to be a human, but she had a bad past (family issues) , now shes half human and almost fully demon (someone offered Yukira a good life but she got tricked and experimented) , a headband she wears is important to her, an illusion disk for her to hide from the negative humans. (Illusion disk is like a more human like form) . She got Mary Sue-

I got a 27% for my OC Emmra Drop.(her story is actually based off of a role play I was apart of) she was born into a cultist like religion. she serves as a spy for her colony. after a few missions she realizes how different the colony's lives are compared to the other places she was seeing, she started to want to leave the community she was in and join the others. there was two options, leave now and be searched/hunted for by her community or wait till her next mission and despair seamlessly without a trace. she's impatient and decides to leave right now, she was being hunted and searched for she hided in a small cave to hopefully escape the search party's and then met another person hiding named lunar, he was hiding because they were being hunted down as a ritual sacrifice. (lunar is not Emmra Drops love interest) a lot happens and at the end Emmra did not have a good ending so to say but on the bright side lunar returned safely to his family so yay ?

She has an extreme phobia of vomiting, but she has a very weak stomach, so she ends up almost vomiting everyday. She is kinda smart, and she is disliked among a few students, as she can be extremely nasty. She has insomnia. She is 15 years old, so 2 years older than me. She is a bisexual queen. She dresses emo, gothic and grunge. Her favourite bands are Gorillaz and Nirvana. She is American and lives in Aberdeen. She writes Wattpad fanfiction for funsies. She often uses British slang.

Her name is Briar Rose, she is from a country known for not having any powers but still rivaling the strongest country, she trained her whole life to protect her country from beasts because of an incident that led to them getting kicked out of the continent and getting no rights/privilege of protection. She found out about the truth of the reason why us because her ancestor made weapons that scared the celestial royalty(highest royalty, like the noble of nobles) so they killed the ancestor and threw away the country. And so she decided to gather the weapons(which are given to different countries as treasure) then kill the celestial royalties.

No tragic past if you don't count the fighting off beasts to survive

My character is my danganronpa self-insert oc! Her name is Ramiko Kinos---a, she doesnt have any special powers due to the fact powers dont really exist in Danganronpa, its just teens trying to escape a school.

Shes 18-19 years old, has black hair thats into two small down pig tails, Shes African American (In real life my skin tone is more of a lighter brown color, but my Dr oc is fully colored brown.) And her outfit is mostly black and grey, and has an athletic body shape.

She is the Ultimate Personal Fitness Trainer.

She doesnt have any trauma surprisingly, and It kinda makes me feel like my oc is kinda Mary Sue-ish.. its because I cant really think of any type of traumatizing backstory for her. I may change this if I ever do update my oc lore.

I wanted to make my oc have a female muscular type of body due to the fact I wanted to make my oc look a bit unique!

Chihiro is a shy person, so I decided to do the opposite with my oc and make her strong!

This is a good tip if you want to make self-insert ocs! Try to make your oc kinda the opposite than the character your self-shipping yourself with.

She also pretty skilled at playing guitar but of course all this skills needs years to develop. She started both singing and dancing lessons shortly after she started her acting lesson and she was very tired at first. Her popularity started to risen at age 10 and this is also the same year she started learning guitar mainly because she grew interest with the sound

She is well-mannered, calm, collected, and intelligent but blunt and sarcastic especially if she's around her close friends or family but her bluntness can be a problem as she was pushed by some or few of her peers because of this trait. She's also distant as she was almost always alone during her days in elementary and quite skeptical the people around her after experiencing being used for her talents mainly by adults

As for her appearance she has a wavy black hair that reached her waist and gentle pale purple eyes. She usually wears streetwear or casual clothes and not really like feminime clothing

I genuinely don't know what to think of my score (9%). My character's name is Jefferey. He didn't have a good relationship with his parents during childhood because they often socially neglected him. Later in life, he struggles with disassociation and hallucination. At some point, he gets a pink rabbit hat because he feels it summarizes his lifea weird trashy waste of space. His clothes slowly start containing more vibrant colours and mismatched clothing as his mental health deteriorates. At some point, his fashion mostly consists of neon colours as his hallucinations blur the lines between reality and fantasy. No longer being able to tell what's real, he spirals into insanity.

I got 23%. Not horrible, Id say. My OC is a catboy- or- cat nb- who was based off of the infamous UwU cat. Their name is Jay. They wear a lot of pink and have pink hair and eyes, different shades, though. Theyre generally sweet, but just a little bit egotistical sometimes. One person fell in love with them (it was, of course, my own version of the infamous demon alpha wolf bad boy). They also have autism. I love them so much.

I also got 27% for a different OC. His name is Yukio, and hes sort of based off of Eijiro Kirishima. Hes kind to people and also insecure. He also has red hair and eyes- but in a different way than Kirishima. I know that doesnt make sense- but yk. He lived in an abusive household until he was rescued by another one of my OCs when he was about 16 or 15. Hes also autistic because I make all of my OCs somewhat like me nobody has ever fallen in love with him, but that wasnt an option so I had to put 1-3. Anyways, I love him too
