  1. Wesley says, "Well, I guess you don't know much about me..." You look at him, curious to hear yet another life story. He smiles, liking that you're interested in what he has to say... "Well, you met me once I came here to help, but you don't really know what has happened to me before that. I figured this was the perfect time to tell ya." You raise your eyebrows at him, silently questioning for more.
  2. "When I was young, I was just a normal kid. I was happy and naí¯ve, as most children are. My family seemed pretty perfect; my parents rarely fought. I was given many items I wanted, but, the one thing I wanted most was their attention. They were always too busy for me, and by being an only child, along with being shy, I didn't really have anyone else."
  3. "When I was about ten years old, I received my telekinesis power. Of course, at that time, it was weak, but I could still move small things. I remember thinking it was so awesome and showing my parents. They were freaked out by it... they didn't have any powers (really, to this day, I don't know how I received them). Anyways, they kept checking to make sure I wasn't pulling some trick. When they realized that I was being serious, it was like they became afraid of me. They tried to hide me from everyone else, as if I was some hidden secret or shameful freak."
  4. "The day my life changed... well, I was naí¯ve as I mentioned. I didn't understand what my parents were doing or why, or even that it was something that honestly needed to remain a secret," he pauses while recalling that day, starting to speak again as you follow him through the trees, "One day they had company over. Well, I might have used my telekinesis, showing them what I can do. My parents put me back into my room and convinced the others that it was a trick I had learned, like a magic trick. But apparently that was the last straw for them."
  5. "They decided they didn't want me anymore. I walked home from school one day and they just weren't there. Many of the things in the house were gone. They just left... I haven't seen them since." You look at him and notice his saddened expression.
  6. Wesley continues once again, "I kind of grew up on my own for a while. Later on, I became involved in this world of ours and learned that there are others who are similar to me; it was a relief. I ended up gaining my second power, healing. Shortly after that, the leaders sent for me. They asked me to help, because you were hurt and they wanted me in your elite group as well. As soon as I walked through that door to the meeting room, well... I... I thought you were so beautiful," he commented, blushing.
  7. A light drizzle of rain started up and Wesley walked over to hug you. "It's hard for me to get close to people," he said, "but I trust you." He kissed your forehead and then led you back to the cave. It was time to rest up a little as Adam and Paul left to patrol the area.
  8. You, Erik, and Wesley talked about many topics. The three of you also had some of the food that was brought to the cave. You noticed that the rain began to stop once again, and figured it would continue to go back and forth throughout the rest of the day.
  9. The sky started becoming a darker shade as the guys returned to the cave. Glancing around, you realized that Wesley was asleep. Paul and Adam laid on their mattresses to relax after patrolling. You and Erik would be on the next shift.
  10. Erik walks outside and you follow him, ready to start another shift. The sky is still a darker shade, but it's light enough to where you can see. Erik begins walking and says to you, "Would you like to know about me?"
