Scary Love part 12

ATTENTION! PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT!! I am sadly, ending my series Scary Love. Sad, I know, but all good things have to come to an end sometime. The last quiz of the series will be part 15.

I just want to say thank you to all the people who wrote such encouraging comments and gave such great advice. If it wasn't for you guys, then there probably wouldn't have been a part 2,3,4, etc.

  1. He put his hands around my face. "You're okay right?" "Yeah, I'm fine." Then he kissed me. Out infront of everyone and their grandma. I almost got dizzy from the lack of air. He was kissing me so deeply I could feel it in my toes.
  2. I was so surprised and so confused at the same time. I didn't know what to do. I certainly wasn't going to stop kissing him. But right as I thought this, he pulled back. Darn me and my jinxing. He looked at me straight in my eyes. "Sage, I love you. But you just scared the holy hell out of me. Do you have any idea what kind of strength that it took for me to just stand there and do nothing while your standing there and beating the crap out of one of the most strongest guys in the Coven?"
  3. I was flabbergasted. Heh, funny word. Anyways I was to say the absolute least shocked. "What did you just say?" "I said, you scared the hell out of me." So that was how he was going to be huh? "Before that." Then it dawned on him and he smiled a little. "I love you," he said, leaning his forehead on mine.
  4. Just when I thought I was going to die from lack of air yet again, it was Adrian that saved me from making a complete fool of myself. "Sage! Come help me with this guy," he called out. I remembered Jareth's words as I walked across the lawn to help interrogate the people who were trying to kill me.
  5. I was up in my room, trying to figure out what I was going to do about the whole Jareth situation when I heard a knock at the door. Cameron opened the door and walked in.
  6. "Hey Cam," I said, half-heartedly smiling. He smirked back. "Got a lot on your mind?" "Yeah. You have no idea." He sat down on my bed. "You know that Venis is just going to come back for you. I don't think that he will ever stop." I sighed. "I know." I sat down beside him and leaned my head on his shoulder. "Sage, I'm leaving," I heard him say.
  7. I sat back and looked at him. "No you're not. I won't let you." He grabbed my hands and looked me in my eyes. "It's the only way that the Coven can be defeated Sage. I have to stop them before they try to get to you again." I felt tears forming in my eyes. "I'm fine here. I have tons of protection with all three of you, plus the rest of the crew." "The Coven has been weakened now that we have their best fighters. I can take them by myself now," Cameron said.
  8. I felt the tears running down my cheeks. "No. I can't let you go by yourself." Cameron kind of laughed. "You aren't going with me Sage." He pulled me closer to him and kissed me so softly, and yet so sweetly. He pulled back and I felt myself almost crying again. "That wasn't so bad was it?" he said, grinning. I hugged him until I couldn't let go. He took a ring off of his middle finger and put it on mine. "I'll be back for that," he said, smiling now. He stood up and went to the window. I watched him open it and sit down on the railing. He looked back and winked at me. Then he was gone.
  9. I stayed in my room for days. I didn't let anyone in my room. Jareth fire traveled into my room and I went totally ballistic on him. He didn't try it after that. I didn't eat. I didn't drink. I didn't do anything. When I did go out of my room, it was strictly to use the bathroom. And even then I was bombarded. It got to the point where I put a layer of fire all over my body and walked down the hall so nobody would bother me. I made sure Jareth wasn't anywhere near though. Sometimes I had this urge to get over it and move on with my life. But I realized it was Adrian messing with my head and did everything to fight it. I guess he got tired of it because after a while he stopped. Finally, Tanya talked some sense into me(through the door) and got me to come out. They didn't know what was wrong, mainly because I wouldn't talk, and Cameron left without saying a word to anyone but me. I opened the door and Adrian was laying down on the floor, across from my door. Katie was sitting against the wall, and Tanya was leaning against the door. Adrian opened his eyes and shot up to his feet. "Thank Bob!" he said, hugging me. I heard feet pounding up the stairs and Jareth came into view. He looked really distraught. It looked as if he hadn't brushed his hair recently. He came up and held my hand. "Don't do that to me again," he simply said. "What I want to know is why in the hell would you do that?" Adrian asked, holding my other hand. "Cam left because of me. He's going to try taking on the Coven by himself. I tried to stop him, but he wouldn't listen," I explained. "That pig-headed son of a b----," Jareth mumbled under his breath. I elbowed him in his ribs. "We have to help him, even if he is stupid for going alone," Tanya said, deep in thought. We all knew what we had to do. There was no getting around it. It was just a matter of how it was going to happen.
