This quiz is very accurate if taken correctly. It's important to understand the definitions of the answer choices when choosing an answer. This is the same quiz in the book, Succeed at Work by Solving the Personality Puzzle by Florence and Marita Littauer. Florence Littauer is a respected authority on personality types. The book is very helpful, as are some of her other materials, such as the original Personality Puzzle. Those of you who are confused about your personality type outcomes from the quiz should take the time to research those types online if you really are interested and aren't just wasting time and wanting something else about which to complain.

This site is not valid, similar to Wikipedia. Who knows who made up this quiz. I think it is very dangerous to try to analyze personality types via an onine questionaire. Leave this for professionals. Invalid results can be very damaging, especially when used to draw conclusions about people.

I have a lot of qualities from each type and I don't really like being defined as strictly Choleric. I think this quiz was pretty good but would be better if there was a mixed option.
