I put on my backpack, then go into the forest with Jerry.

We walked quickly and quietly, trying to avoid being seen.

I was pretty sure that we were far enough away from them, but I kept going to make sure.
Headmaster: I hid in a bush, along a path that Juliet and the boy were walking, ready to jump out when they came by. -

I gripped her hand and kept a look out. They were around here somewhere, and escape wasn't going to be easy.

I looked around again, trying to see where they were. I could tell by the way that Jerry was holding my hand so tightly that they must be around here somewhere.

Sweat dotted my forehead. Not from exhastution, not from the thrill of holding Juliet's hand, but from fear.

I was shivering, and looking all around. I was not going back- not after getting so far.
Headmaster: I slowly began to lose my patience. I started to move back to get behind them. -
My eyes kept darting around frantically. It was then that I realized, I was more scared for Juliet than I was for myself. When I set out from my house, the thing I was most afraid of was having to go back. Now, I was more afraid of the consequences Juliet would face if we were caught.

At first I didn't relize it, but soon I noticed that I was slowly moving into Jerry's arms. I felt safer there. I was still shivering when I heard something moving in the bushes, and I pointed to it. "T-there!"
Headmaster: As soon as she pointed her finger, I tryed to stay still. -
I put my arms around her and gently pushed her behind me. I put a finger to my lips, then gestured for her to stay there. I slowly and quietly made my way towards the spot Juliet had pointed to.

I stood there shivering, hoping that Jerry wouldn't get caught.
Headmaster: I waited for the boy to get close enough... -
I tried to see what was hiding, but it was too dark.
