He looked over at her. He hoped she would fall asleep so he wouldn't feel so awkward with her there.
The chosen guards left the throne room to begin their planning. -
I felt my eyelids getting heavy.
Angel walked i to the room the guards were planning in. "I'm coming with you." She said as the guards looked up at her in surprise. -
He switched lanes and continued driving.
"No you aren't. Your father's already worried enough about one of his daughters; he doesn't need to worry about both of them," a guard said. -
I dozed off.
Angel glared at them. "She's my sister. I know her better then anyone. I know where she would go." -
He grinned. She was finally asleep.
"Discuss this with your father. If he allows you, so be it." -
I turned in my sleep and muttered something.
"Very well." Said Angel and she stalked off towards her father. -
He payed no attention to her muttering.
The guards continued to plan. -
I then fell into a deep dreamless sleep.
Angel walked towards her father. "Father, I would like-"
"No." He said simply, know exactly what she was going to ask.
"Why?"
"Because, Piper's already missing i don't need you in trouble to." -
For the rest of the night, the drive was peaceful.
"So, in the meantime, half of us will try and find her, and the other half will track her car," one of the guards said. Another was already tracking it. He frowned.
"It's in another part of town, and she'd have to be an idiot to think she could hide from us there."
One of the guards smiled thoughtfully. "The Slayer probably had a car," she said. -
I woke up to the car stopping.
"Father, I've been trained for this. I need to help her." Said Angel.
She's not going to give up. He thought. "Fine, you may go. But you must have guards near you at all time." He said.
"Yes father." Said Angel happily. -
He stopped the car, noticing she was awake. "Morning Piper."
"Did you see it?" asked the head guard.
She nodded. He smiled. "Great. Describe it." -
I groaned. "Where are we?"
Angel got her gear and headed towards the room the guards were in. -
"I couldn't really drive anymore. I've been sitting for too long." So much for being able to drive the hole way there without stopping.
"What'd he say?" the head guard asked Angel. -
I sighed. "Do you want me to drive?"
"He said i may go." Said Angel. "So what's the plan?" -
"I'll still be sitting." He got out of the car.
"Well," started one of the guards. She looked at Angel. "your sister obviously did not use her own car for long, and the Slayer's car is gone."
