He glanced over at her, hoping for a moment that the visit would be brief. He pushed away the selfish thought as he pulled up to the graveyard. -
(back)
I opened my eyes and stared out the window. -
He looked at her.

I continued to stare outside.

"Well, were you going to go up there or just sit here?" he asked.

I snapped out of it. "Sorry." I said and got up. Heading towards my mothers grave.

He sat in the car, watching her head to where her mother was buried.

I knelt down by my mother's grave. "Mother." I whispered and closed my eyes. I ran my hand along the smooth, cold stone. "I want you to know, that I'm running away, A Slayer is taking me far away from here. I will never come back." I whispered to her grave. "Goodbye." I kissed my hand and touched the grave. I got up and headed towards the car.

He looked up as she walked back to the car. That was quick.

I got in the car silently.

He glanced over at her, then started the car, driving away slowly.

I thought about my mother. When is was alive. I was a happy little vampire then. But after her death I became depressed. She was the closest person to me.
