Even more confused, Tyler got out of his car and started in the direction she'd gone in.

I sat down under a tree. Free. It felt awesome.

He eventually came to the woods. He could sense where she was... he started on his way.

I sensed someone near. I knew it was the Slayer but I didn't care. I was free.

"Pr- Piper?" He called, seeing her underneath a tree.

"Yes Slayer?" I asked as I leaned back and closed my eyes.

"Something wrong?" He nervously sat down a few feet away from her.

"Nope, everything's awesome, you?" I asked opening one eye to look at him.

"Are you running away, or is this just a trap?" He frowned.

"Running away." I said sitting up. "I'm done. I'm out of that s---hole."

"They'll find you pretty easily. Even if you go somewhere else, they'll still have your license plate number and will be able..." he stopped, getting an idea. He couldn't believe he was saying it, but... "Wanna ride? You'd be the only one who knew what my car looked like."

I raised my eyebrows. "You want to help me?" I asked surprised.

"As long as you're not going to kill me, why not?" He shrugged.

I eyed him. "Okayyy."
