The Take Over Story

In the year 2016 aliens are attacking the earth. You choose how the story ends (A choice of 10 different endings). Characters... You : You Your Friend : Your best friend since child hood either male or female, you get into some trouble with your best mate Kyle : Your older brother who became your gaurdian after your parents died 6 years ago The Commander : Either male or female the commander is a smart and strong military leader who almost hits you with a car A14 : The Alien accomplice who is captured by humans and ends up joining forces with them The Female Nurse : A hot woman that your brother likes

The quiz may be lengthy but I think story quizzes are fun. Some of the endings may not add up because I had to write them first but hopefully you can come to a conclusion that seems to be right. Enjoy!

  1. You are a teen in 2016. Strange alien like structures have planted themselves in the earth and natural resources have become scarce. You and your best friend decide to go out into the desert against your older brother's instructions (your parents are dead and he is your legal guardian). While you were throwing rocks at one of the alien structures and earthquake begins. An alien spaceship emerges from the sky causing random explosions. Huge rocks fall from the sky and your friend gets trapped under one of them and is knocked unconscious. What do you do?
  2. Luckily your older brother, Kyle, predicted you would sneak out and came looking for you. With Kyle's help you dig your friend out of the wreckage and Kyle takes him/her to the hospital on his motorcycle. He tells you to go home. What do you do?
  3. Eventually your path takes you to an old dirt road. You hear a rumbling noise behind you and turn to see two bright lights heading for you. What do you do?
  4. Tires screech and the car stops just before it hits you. Likewise you fall on your butt. An official looking commander steps out of the car. He/she asks what you're doing. How do you answer?
  5. The attractive looking commander scolds you for messing around in the road. He/she explains that this is serious. Aliens are invading earth. You stutter over yourself and end up saying i'm just trying to get to the hospital. The commander suggests you get a ride with the medical truck behind him/her. What is your response?
  6. Whatever your decision the commander convinces you to get into the car. The ride is quick and soon you are dropped off at the abandoned hospital with three assistants dressed in scrubs. In the dimly lit building you proceed to the basement where there are people. You see Kyle speaking with a female nurse. He sees you and yells ___________, I told you to go home! What is your response?
  7. Looking into the room behind Kyle you see your friend in a hospital bed. Instead of listening to Kyle's lecture you go into the room. Your friend is still unconscious, he/she is connected to an IV and a heart monitor beeps steadily. There are no blankets on the bed. His/her leg is bandaged and twisted awkwardly. You are alone in the room with him/her. What do you do?
  8. The female nurse walks into the room and checks the monitor. A concerned look appears on her face. She asks you if you touched the monitor. What is your response?
  9. Kyle comes in and talks to the nurse again. Is there anything else you can do for him/her? he asks. I'm afraid not, the nurse replies, we don't have the tools to fix his/her leg, at this point it will have to heal on its own and unfortunately his/her leg will remain useless. What is your response to the news?
  10. Suddenly the lights in the building flicker and another quake starts. Pieces of the ceiling begin to fall and smash to the floor around you. What do you do?
  11. Once the quake is over a military team barges in and surrounds everyone. Among them is the commander that almost hit you with his/her truck. He/she starts issuing commands, 'everyone out!' This area is no longer safe!' 'What about my patient?' the nurse asks. You notice that Kyle is standing protectivly over her. Your reaction?
  12. The commander starts speaking again, 'we'll have to leave the injured behind, i'm sorry but my orders are to get everyone unharmed out'. Your response?
  13. 'I can carry him' Kyle offers. The commander just nods and starts leading everyone out. You walk beside the commander in front. He/she looks wary and tired. The night sky is lighting up with strange colors near the desert. Everyone keeps moving. Suddenly the commander halts and yells for everyone to get on the ground. The group follows his orders, all but a young recruit who remained standing. A firery blue ball flies over your head just missing you. More follow. You shut your eyes against the light. After they passed the commander urged everyone up. You look around to see the young recruit smoldering on the sandy road. The commander follows your eyes. 'He was never one to follow orders'. How did you know? you ask. The commander removes a single chain from his/her neck and hands it to you. 'It hums whenever something like that come near.' You inspect the chain closley but find nothing unusual. You attempt to hand it back to the commander. 'Keep it, I think you'll need it more than me.' Your response?
  14. THE NEXT DAY: You recall the events of yesterday: The commander had lead you back to your temporary home. Kyle invited the nurse to stay (she had no where else to go). Your friend was brought safely into the house and is now sleeping on the couch. You said goodbye to the commander, and just before you left he/she stole a kiss from you. Your reaction?
  15. In the main room you find your friend. He/she is watching TV. His/her bandaged leg is useless beside him/her. The news is blaring about a military attempt to communicate with the aliens. '...the mission was aborted soon after the first team was captured and taken aboard the ship. We now know that the team was destroyed upon arrival, all but the leader who is being used to communicate. A demand was issued from the aliens at 10:59 last night: Leave now, or be wiped out: The message is clear, the aliens are here to... Your friend turns off the TV. Your response?
  16. Your friend attempts to get up reaching for a crutch for support. You help him/her onto his/her feet looking into his/her _________ eyes.
  17. Just then Kyle walks in and asks how your friend is feeling. Your friend replies 'fine' and hobbles out of the room on his/her crutch. Kyle turns away from you and prepares to go somewhere. You ask him where he's going as he grabs his keys. 'The military is requesting that all able bodied men and women report for recruiting.' Your response?
  18. 'No way!' Kyle yells and walks out the door. The female nurse comes into the room dressed in a tank top and cut off shorts. 'Where's Kyle?' she asks. Your response?
  19. The nurse nods and walks away a bit confused. Angry at Kyle you decide to follow him. Putting on your shoes you head for the door. 'Where are you going?' your friend asks. You respond, I'm going after Kyle. 'I'll go with you,' your friend insists. You glance at his/her leg and sigh but then you see the determines on his/her face. There was no use in talking him/her out of it. You head off together into the dusty outside. Kyle's motorcycle tracks are obvious so you start by following those. The city is hot and deserted, the steamy air hazes your sight. The tracks lead along the road to a familiar path. Soon you find truck tracks as well, not far off you see the military base. By now your friend is lagging behind. You can see the exhaustion on his/her face. What do you do?
  20. In the distance you spy a truck coming closer. The military car stops in front of you and a familiar face comes out. 'Well, you two here for the military?' the commander asks. You nod slowly unsure what to say. 'That's good! We're always needing new recruits! Do you need a ride?' 'Yes,' your friend gasps. Both of you get into the truck. It is empty accept for a scruffy looking soldier. Taking seats opposite of him you and your friend bare the awkward silence. You notice that the soldier has a robotic arm, he catches you staring at him. 'Curious?' the soldier speaks in a gruff voice. 'Lost my arm in an explosion on the field. They wanted to take me out but the fight was still in me. It was the only option and I can't say I regret it.' The soldier flexes his metal arm showing it off. Your friend is very intrigued. The truck comes to a sudden halt. Outside were hundreds of people dressing and fixing themselves with weapons and armor. The commander gestures for everyone to get out of the car. You follow him/her to a station where you were stamped with a number and given dog tags to match. Before you could speak you were labeled one of the military. 'That's all it takes?' you ask, 'No tests, no training?' 'These are desperate times,' the commander confesses, 'at this point we recruit anyone who can hold a gun.' You look around at all the new recruits, most of them are young like you. 'Now that is a serious messed up leg!' the commander points and your friend who had been trying his/her best to conceal his/her weakness. 'Come on,' the commander waves, 'you need to get that fixed.' Your friend follows without complaining. Left alone you glance at your branded number. It reads...
  21. Just then Kyle spots you. 'What are you doing here!! I told you to stay!' 'Just because you tell me to do something doesn't mean I'm going to do it!' 'Go home!' he yells. 'Too late! I'm already a recruit!' you hold up your dog tags. Kyle looks at you shocked. Static from speakers fills the room just before an announcement: Attention new recruits, thank you for joining! We know these are dangerous times but with your help we will surely restore order to earth. We advise that you all return home and get some rest. Military teams will be announced tomorrow. Thank you and have a wonderful evening: Kyle glares at you then pulls you away. 'Stop!, you yell, 'I have to find my friend!' You and Kyle make your way to the medical area on the other side of the building. The rooms are occupied by injured soldiers and dead people. You see your friend sitting up in one of the beds. He/she is fully clothed and a shaky smile forms on his/her face. You notice blood stains on the bed. Your friend stands to greet you. You gasp realizing that his/her dead leg had been replaced by a robotic limb. Kyle is speechless as well. 'It seemed like the right thing to do,' your friend confesses, 'I want to be able to help save the world.' You nod understanding and give him/her a hug. Then you...
  22. An alarm sounds and you are goaded by flashing red lights. An official looking doctor ushers you out of the room and into the hallway. A large stretcher is brought into the room and set on the table. A large white sheet covers whatever is under it. A group of assistants begin attaching wires to it. Everyone watches from the viewing window. The doctor wheels in a cart of surgery instruments and pulls off the white sheet. Under it is a slimy looking carcass. The assistants cover there mouths in apparent disgust. The creature looks revolting. It is a palish blue color mixed with grays. On what appears to be its head are two bulging clear unmoving eyes. The doctor takes a scalpel and pricks the head. Digging the knife in deeper he begins to move it down cutting the head in half. Partway through the process he pulls the skin open revealing another clear skin. One of the assistants throw up at the sight. The doctor takes the knife again, but just as he touches the skin in rips open. A scream erupts from inside the room and a dark head forces its way out of the carcass. Its features were unusually human like. A mouth with glinting teeth, abnormally pointed. A slender nose and neck. Two eyes now wide with fear. Two assistants notice the audience at the window and pull down a shade. Your action?
  23. Inside the room the assistants are too distracted with the alien to notice you. The doctor is attempting to put it down with a large injection needle. The slender alien is trying to wrestle the syringe out of the doctor's hands but it is too weak. It screams again. What do you do?
  24. 'Ieqaf' the alien yells. The doctor smashes the alien's head into the ground. One of the assistants grabs you from behind and forces you into the wall. 'Zatrzymać!' the alien continues to scream, 'deter,arríªter, para!' The doctor ignores its noise. 'Stop!' the alien yells. The doctor freezes and backs away. All the assistants stare dumbfounded. The alien looks around desperately and calls out 'stop' reassuring itself. It closes its eyes as if trying to think. 'Don't hurt, no hurt,' it continues. 'It speaks!' the doctor exclaims. 'I speak!' the alien nods, 'I no hurt.' It glances anxiously around at everyone. Your reaction?

THE NEXT DAY: you, your friend, and Kyle return home: The alien posed as no threat and was given temporary shelter in the military base but still remains a prisoner: Outside you see your friend practicing hitting targets. You go out to join him/her. Taking out your pistol you attempt to hit the target your friend just hit three times in a row. You miss by a lot. Your friend laughs flashing you a quirky smile. You...
  26. 'Let's go inside,' suggests your friend. The desert sun is hot and making you sweat. Inside you run into the nurse who was just coming out of Kyle's room. She is only half dressed. Blushing she covers herself. 'Have you seen Kyle?' she asks. Before you can answer your friend says no. You both move away from her and head for the main room. Kyle is busy packing. You ask him what he's doing. 'Getting ready to leave, I suggest you two do the same now that your recruits.' he glares angrily at you. your response...?
  27. 'Never mine,' Kyle shakes his head. Let's go.' THE MILITARY BASE: You are grouped into a team with Kyle, your friend, the commander, two unknown soldiers, and someone marked as A14: Static erupts from the speakers again. This time a large screen above everyone sparks to life revealing an announcement. On the screen the alien looks around nervously then begins to speak, 'Soldiers, if you are not notified I am a single member of my species that was captured and brought here. Negotiations were brought up with your military leader and I. I now realize that the way my species is exterminating your planet is wrong. This is why I am joining with you to send them back to my planet. My leader is planning an attack for today to wipe out the majority of the humans. I will join with one of the military teams and we will enter the mother ship and plan for a victory.' The alien looks around nervously again, then the screen goes dark. The room was filled with unsure whispering and remarks. Your response is?
  28. You turn to your friend automaticly and ask his/her opinion. 'I don't trust it, this is probably a trap.' he/she concludes. You look around the room, all of your team members are present except for the commander and A14 whoever that is. The doors open in your team's assigned dorm and the alien enters. Your friend steps protectivly in front of you holding a gun. The commander quickly enters aswell. 'Stand down,' the commander holds up his hands. Your friend remains in his/her protective stance. Your reaction?
  29. 'This is A14,' the commander explains. The alien just stands there awkwardly. 'He/she will be joining our team, which means we'll be the leading team.' the commander continues. The room remains silent. 'It has a gender?' one of the recruits blurts out. 'There's no time for questions,' the commander retorts, 'You...' he/she points to your friend, 'come with me to gather the rest of the teams.' Your friend hurries over to the commander. 'And __________...'he/she points to you,'Remain with A14 and check for supplies, the rest of you prepare for battle.' Everyone heads for their posts leaving you with the alien who is staring at you oddly. Your reaction?
  30. Quietly you begin to go through the supplies. The alien does the same. 'Your friend does not like me,' the alien says. 'Its okay, he/she can be that way sometimes.' The silence is very awkward so you work faster. 'Can I ask you a question?' the alien continues. 'Sure.' you respond. 'How do you view my species?' You pause to think...
  31. 'I see,' the alien nods in thought, 'I was taught to think that all other species were undeserving of life and needed to be destroyed, but seeing how life is lived on this planet has changed that in me. I've seen how the strong care for the weak in desperate times and the passion between two people...' the alien trails off. 'Do you have a love in your species?' you ask. 'A mate? No,' the alien says quickly. Your thoughts...?
  32. The rest of your team enters your room. The commander comes in last with your friend. 'The time has come,' the commander anounces. Everyone stands and cheers. The commander turns to the alien. 'What is the plan?' the commander asks. Surprisingly the alien doesn't answer but turns to you. 'What do you think?' he/she asks. Your response?
