Social anxiety is a difficult condition to live with. The anxiety prevents normal and healthy social interactions, which takes away so much enjoyment from life. It makes forming relationships hard, impacts you in school or on the job, and basically defines what sort of lifestyle you will live. This quick test will score how much social anxiety you are dealing with.
