Hogwarts and Harry Potter Part 1

Hi and welcome to the second Hogwarts quiz in my series! This one is longer and hopefully better than my last quiz. This goes from your bed at home until the troll scene.

Recap: you got all your Hogwarts supplies in Diagon Alley. Now you get to go to Hogwarts and meet Harry, Ron, Hermione and more! Enjoy this hopefully good quiz!!!

  1. "Wake up!" your mother screams in your ear. "It's the first of September!" You drag yourself out of bed and look at the clock. It reads 7:57. You jump out of bed and take a very quick shower and get dressed. You shove food in your mouth and knock over the milk carton and it spills on your younger brother whose name is Andrew. "Mom!" shouts Andrew. "______ spilled the milk on me on purpose. "Andrew, its fine. She's in an rush. Just put on another shirt. ________, you can be done. We are going to be late!" You get in the car with your sister, Avery and Andrew (they are twins). You drive to King's Cross.
  2. "I need to take the twins to day-care. Give me a hug," says your mother. You give her one and race to platform 9. Your ticket says you have to be at platform 9 3/4. You don't know where to go. Behind you, you hear someone shout, "Hurry up! Platform 9 and 3/4 this way!" You decide to follow them since you think that they know what they're doing. You stand by a pillar and see someone run straight at the pillar. You want to warn them but they disapear through the wall. You gape and a black-haired boy does as well. Two boys (they appear to be twins) run through the wall. You sigh and think you're seeing things. You ask the lady by you,"How do you get into platform 9 3/4?" "Oh, its simple. You run straight at the wall and you'll be inside." You decide to try it. You run at the wall and a second later you're at platform 9 3/4!
  3. You look back and forth trying to find an empty compartment when you crash into something. It turns out to be blonde-haired boy holding a trunk. All his contents spill out and land by you. He shouts at you, "Pick it up. It is your fault that this happened." You sigh and help pick up the contents. "Next time, watch where you are going. And if you ever do that to me again, you will get some nasty revenge from me!" As you turn back to glare at him, you see that his trunk has the initials D. Malfoy."Great, I start my year being someone's slave," you mutter. You look left and right but there are no empty compartments.
  4. You finally see an empty compartment. You open it up and sit down by the window. It was a nice, sunny day. Then you hear noises. The two kids that you saw at King's Cross (Harry and Ron) stand in the doorway. "Could we sit here?" asks the black-haired boy. "There's nowhere else to sit." You kindly let them in. "I'm Ron. Ron Weasley," says the red-haired boy. "Hi, I'm ______ ______. Nice to meet you." you say. "I'm Harry Potter," says the black haired boy. Ron gapes and asks if he still has his scar. You've heard a bit about Harry Potter and you are impressed. Then the sweets cart rolls around. You have a few coins and you would like to save them for later. "We'll take the lot," Harry says.
  5. "Thanks," you say. "You're welcome," Harry says back. You spend the next few minutes goofing around. "My brothers taught me a spell to turn my rat yellow," Ron says. "I wanna see that," you say. Then the door opens again and this time a brown, bushy-haired girl waits. "Have you seen a toad? A boy named Neville has lost one. You look around and see no toad. "I don't see one," you report. "Oh, you're doing magic? Let's see then," she says. Ron recites the "spell" but it doesn't work. "I'm not sure that's a real spell," she says. You agree, in your head. "Um..my name is _____ ______." "I'm Harry Potter." "You're Harry Potter! I'm Hermione Granger. And...what's yours?" she asks Ron. "Ron Weasley." "Pleasure," she replies.
  6. Hermione leaves. You decide to change into your robes. You get changed in record time and head back. You, Ron, and Harry goof around until the train stops. Then you get off the train and hear,"Firs' years this way!" Harry seems to know the man that was yelling that. He is quite tall. You follow him to the boats and you ride one with a boy named Neville and Hermione.
  7. All the first years crowd out of the boats and you are met at the top of the stairs by an older lady. "You will be soon sorted into your houses. They are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin." Suddenly, Neville screams,"Trevor!" the first years laugh at his sudden outburst. She leaves and D. Malfoy stands in front of Harry. You can't hear what they are saying except for: "You don't want to make friends with the wrong sort. I can help you with that." "I can tell myself, thanks," Harry replies. Malfoy smirks and says, "I'm Draco. Draco Malfoy." It registers in your brain that D.=Draco and Draco=evil. Ron laughs and Draco says, "No need to ask yours. Red hair and a hand-me-down robe? You must be a Weasley."
  8. "Blonde hair and a trademark smirk? You must be a Malfoy," you cut in. Ron mouths "Thanks," and you mouth back,"You're welcome." Malfoy was just about to insult you back when the lady led you into a huge room where many students watched everyone with eager eyes. You finally get to a chair with an old, dirty hat on it. The lady calls "Hermione Granger." Hermione sits on the chair and the hat calls, "Gryffindor!" the Gryffindor table cheers as she sits down. "Susan Bones." Hufflepuff!" The Hufflepuff table cheers as Susan plops down. "Draco Malfoy." The hat wasn't even placed on his head when it shouts, "Slytherin!" _____ _____." You sit on the chair, quite nervous. It seems to be deciding when it shouts, "Gryffindor!" You sit down next to Hermione and eagerly watch the rest of the sorting ceremony.
  9. Harry and Ron are also sorted into Gryffindor. Neville is also sorted Ito Gryffindor. Pansy is sorted into Slytherin with a few others. Ravenclaw didn't seem to have as many students as Slytherin or Gryffindor. Hufflepuff had a lot too.
  10. You follow Percy Weasley into the Gryffindor dormitory. Since it is quite late, you head to bed......The next morning, you wake up and eat breakfast quickly. You are early, since you don't see many people there. You run to Transfiguration, which is your first class. You are the first one there, except for Hermione and a cat sitting on the teacher's desk. Yousit next to Hermione and one by one, kids enter and sit in the seats around you. You can't find Harry or Ron anywhere. You don't see the teacher either. Then Harry and Ron run and enter the classroom saying, "Good thing Mcgonagall didn't see us." They sit directly behind you and Hermione as the cat turns into Professor Mcgonagall. You snicker at their foolishness. she begins to teach the lesson.
  11. Professor Mcgonagall dismisses you and then you run off to the Quiddich pitch, where you receive a broom. The other kids start to file in and then Madam Hooch tells you to say "Up" to lift your broom. Harry and Draco get it on their first try. You get it on your second try. On Ron's third try, his broom hits him in the face. You and Harry try not to laugh, but Ron notices and he tells you to shut up. "On my whistle, you kick off the ground and you fly. One, two, three!" Neville's broom starts to rise and Madam Hooch tries to get him down, but she can't. He flies all over the place and he falls of his broom. He falls and arrows. Hisrobes catch him, but he falls again, his robes catching himonsomething else. Neville's robes rip again, but this time, he falls on the cold, hard ground.
  12. "Out of the way!" Madam Hooch shouts as you and the students run to get out of her way. "A broken wrist. I'm taking Mr. Neville to the hospital wing. If you fly on your broom, you will get expelled before you say Quiddich." Draco Malfoy picks up Neville's Remembrall. "I think I'll leave this somewhere for him to find. How 'bout on the roof?" Malfoy flies away and Harry grabs his broom and mounts it. "Harry, no way. You heard what Madam Hooch said. Besides, you don't even know how to fly! Hermione scoffs. Harry flies anyway. "What an idiot," she says to you. You shrug. You can't hear anything Harry or Malfoy says but then Malfoy throws the Remembrall. You lost track of it and then you see Harry catch it. As he comes down, the other students cheer and run toward him. "Good job," you say. "Yeah," Ron agrees. "Harry Potter," Professor Mcgonagall says. Come with me." Draco and his friends snicker while you, Ron, and Hermione look worried.
  13. Harry comes and joins Ron and you. Hermione walks up. "I'm the new Gryffindor seeker!" "What?" Ron says. "You can't play Quiddich until second year!" You shrug and walk to the next class, charms. You are learning the leitation spell. "Wingardium Leviosa, say it with me," the teacher says. A feather has been placed in front of you. "Wingardium Leviosa," you say. The feather flies up and you smile. You can hear Ron and Hermione bickering. Then Hermione levitates her feather. You smile and Ron moves his books and lays his head down on them. "Class is dismissed!" the teacher says.
  14. "It LeviOsa not LeveosA. She's a nightmare!" Ron says. You walk slightly behind Harry and Ron and Hermione runs in front of them crying. " I think she heard you," Harry says.
  15. You enter the Great Hall and eat when Professor Quierrel comes in screaming, "Trolls! In the dungeon." He faints and everyone screams. "Silence!!" Dumbledore shouts making everyone stop. The house leader take you when you, Ron and Harry realize that Hermikne doesn't know. You sneak away first and make it to the bathrooms before Harry and Ron do. "Hermione, there's a troll I'm the school and..." You didnt finish your sentence when you came face-to-face with the ugliest troll you've ever seen.
  16. You dash in the nearest stall and so does Hermione. The troll swings at the stalls and knock them down. You and Hermione scream and move. "Hermione, ______, move! You go to the other side of he stalls and Hermione crawls quickly under a sink. The troll destroys the sink and Hermione screams, "Help!" The troll knocks down the stalls and you nearly get hit. Harry tries but he gets on the troll and his wand is stuck up the troll's nose. Ron does the levitation spell, but he does it correctly! The troll's mallet flies in the air, then Ron makes it hit the troll's head. It comes down and then everyone is safe. All fear rushes out of you and everyone else.
  17. Okay, we're done with part 1! Next is the uncovering of the sorcer's stone and next you kinda get tied up by Malfoy and his friends. Oh well.
