"Oh, you idiot! You can fall for all I care!"
Nate: "Yah, okay, great! Thanks for the sympathy!" I struggled to lift myself back up onto the brach. -
I keep my mouth shut, I felt that these two needed to work it out for themselves.

I watched him struggle on the branch for a second, then sighed and went back into the tent. I came out a few seconds later, lugging my sleeping bag and pillow behind me. I set them under the tree.
Nate: I looked down, and saw the pillow and sleeping bag beneath me. "Oh, god..." I mumbled. -
Nate: I slowly began to loosen my grip on the branch, hoping the stuff under me would break the fall.

I watch, folding my arms.

"Just let go!" I yelled up.
Nate: I closed my eyes, then let go. I hit the ground hard, but landed flat on top of the pile of stuff.
I smirked. "Thought so." -
I kept my distance, but I was ready to jump in if anything went wrong.

Nate: I half-smiled at her when I stood up. "Thanks."
"Yah, well, I might be mad but I wasn't going to let you die." -
I watched them carefully.

Nate: "Yah."
I looked down at the ground, then sighed. "I guess...You can come with us, for a little while, Nate." I held onto Jerry's hand. -
I opened my mouth to object, but closed it. I guess it could be alright for a while...

Nate: I looked over at the other boy, then back at Juliet. "I don't know. I mean, you guys seem fine without me."
I kind of wanted to sigh out of relief then, but said instead, "Just for a little bit." -
For a little while...

... I suppose.

Nate: I looked down at the ground. "I'm going to go back to town and find a tent or something. I know a shortcut- I'll be back soon." I walked back into the woods towards the path.
Juliet: As soon as he was out of earshot, I turned to Jerry, holding his hand. "This is our chance to lose him."
