"Stop for the night I guess. They'll be retreating by now, probably going to attack within the next few days."

"Okay."
The guard driving pulled over. He twisted in his seat to face the king's daughter. "I thought you said they couldn't stand each other." -
I nodded and walked towards a hotel.
Angel looked at the guard. "I thought that..." She trailed off confused. "Sh-she hated him..." -
He followed her.
"Well..." The guard turned back around, staring angrily out the window. This really messed things up. -
I walked up to the front desk and checked out two rooms.
Angel looked down. This cannot be happening! She thought angrily. -
He looked at some flyers for nearby attractions, bored.
The guard sighed. He turned to his comrade. "Call the king and the others and tell them this will take longer than expected..." -
I finished talking to the woman at the front desk and grabbed both our keys. "Here." i said holding out his key for him.

"Thanks." He smiled a bit, taking the key.

I nodded and walked towards the elevator.

He followed her to the elevator, hitting the button marked with a 3 once they were inside.

I sighed and tapped my foot.

There was a ding and the door opened. He left the elevator.

I looked around and stepped out, heading the other way towards my room.

"Nighty night, princess," he said, loud enough for her to hear, waiting for her reaction.

I rolled my eyes. "Good night, Slayer." I said before opening my door and walking inside.
