Friday, I have to dress up as a superhero for a dodgeball tournament that my church is hosting.
I need ideas as to which superheros, and how I would go about making their costumes.
Keep in mind that I have little money to use to buy things in order to make the costumes, as well as that they need to be church appropriate.
I would prefer female superheros, or superheros that I can easily portray as female. -

catwoman
