Bob the other day my mom told me she wished me would've never adopted me and that my real mom would've gone through with the abortion. I don't even like her but either way I don't want her touching me.

A hug doesn't have to last a long time. You can make it like five seconds, and then go back to doing whatever you were doing before. I don't think it's a difficult thing to do.
