I can do digital art, Anime. I know what art is.
It's good, yes! But you need to work on the way you angle your hands. And the girl's facial expression. She doesn't look happy. Cheerleaders are happy. And the pom poms, they poof out everywhere. Try to make them a bit neater.
But other than that, it's fine. -
