I said 8.5 because the outfit, hair and body were all good, but I have to agree that the face threw me off. It didn't seem to match the rest of the picture.

It's actually pretty good. 7.5/10. (what is it with me and 7s?)

Although, It does look a lot like a cheer-leader. Not necessarily like the one that pommed me in the face, but it looks more like that than any-thing. But, I suck at drawing.
