"Thank you. I was almost on my knees." She crossed her arms.

"Yeah, right" I snort. Then I take my sunglasses off, and really look at her.

Her eyes widened a bit. Seeing him for the first time without those sunglasses was interesting. Different, in a good way. Wow...

"Whats your name?" I ask, sitting on the hood of a car.

"Vivian, but I'd rather be called Vi," she answered. "Yours?"

"Michael, Michael Davenport."

"Well, Michael, it's nice to meet you." She smiled.

I smiled a little back, "and to you too, Vi"

"So... what's it currently like in the Dome..." She frowned.

"I guess you could say its normal, nothing has probaly changed in the last twelve hours." I say.

"Nothing ever changes there, does it?" She sighed.

"I guess not." I look up, into the stars. Not knowing what to say or do.
