She shrugged. "If you wanna take a break..." The food was ready.

"I gotta clean myself up," I hold up my arms, they were covered in dust and oil.

"You remember where that river is, right?" She stood up.

"I think so, Ill be quick" I say, then I quickly walk off.

Vi watched him walk off.

I ran to the river and started washing my arms and hands off.

She waited for him to return.

I shook my arms and hands out, but kept my sleeves rolled up. -
(Nighty night.)
She looked into the car, wondering how he understood what was going on in there. -

I walked back to the camp, and saw her looking into the car. "I had a old car manual for one of these." I say.

"And you're going to try to make it work." It was meant to come out as a question, but was more along the lines of a disbelieving statement.
