I can. Actually, I tried. After a week or something of packing I just go out in the middle of the night after waking my parents. Now I would propably be somewhere far away (or in grave), but I was too depressed to go anywhere, so I stayed at attic crying and waiting for death... (one of reasons why I tried to run away) And I packed no water after searching how long humans can live without it, so...

I can. I'm very mixed about my emotions though and am not sure if I actually WANT to.
