- Adopt European import standards to increase supply, while keeping some protections for Israeli agriculture
Should the government raise the minimum wage?
- Keep the minimum wage raised gradually to protect small businesses, and use state work grants to aid low earners.
- Allow gradual increases agreed upon with employers and unions.
- Immediately raise the minimum wage to 40–50 ILS per hour.
What is the best way to lower housing costs and help people buy homes?
- Build state public housing and implement national rent control.

- Expand state housing lotteries with land discounts for young families and urban renewal.
- Direct heavy state subsidies and cheap land specifically to the Galilee, the Negev, and peripheral border towns.
How should Israel balance taxes with funding for healthcare, education, and public services?
- Significantly raise funding for public services by increasing taxes.
- Keep taxes stable and optimize current spending to fund core services without growing national debt.
- Cut taxes to grow the economy, relying on market growth rather than state welfare.
- Direct public funding to low-income families, peripheral towns, and minorities like Arab and Haredi to close socioeconomic gaps.
Should the state fund early childhood daycares (Ages 0-3)?
- Fund universal free state daycare for all children from age zero.
- Limit subsidies strictly to families where both parents work, excluding full-time Yeshiva students.
- Provide daycare subsidies for low-income families only, with moderate work requirements.
How should public spaces and non-religious schools handle Jewish tradition?
- Public education should be strictly secular, cut mandatory Bible studies, and ban gender-segregated public events.
- Keep it local - let local municipalities and schools decide their own religious study levels and public prayer rules.
- Maintain the current status quo for Jewish heritage studies in secular schools and existing public prayer rules.
- Expand Bible studies in all state schools and legally protect gender-segregated public prayers.
What policy should Israel adopt regarding LGBTQ+ rights and marriage?
- Legalize civil same-sex marriage, enshrine full equality in basic laws, and criminalize conversion therapy.
- Establish civil unions without altering religious marriage, and protect current surrogacy, adoption, and anti-discrimination rights.
- Maintain the status quo - limited rights like adoption and surrogacy, but without same-sex marriage
- Regress some of the rights, including allowing conversion therapy, banning adoption rights, and withdrawing state funding for Pride events and advocacy organizations.
Should the state operate public transport on Shabbat (The Jewish day of rest)?
- Operate public transit and allow commercial activity nationwide across all secular and mixed cities.
- Grant local municipalities full authority to decide on Shabbat transit and commerce based on their local demographics.
- Keep the Status Quo - with most public transportation banned during Shabbat.
- Current laws don’t go far enough to preserve Shabbat’s status - all pubic transportation and most commercial areas should be closed.
How should the state address military and national service exemptions for the Ultra-Orthodox (Haredi) community?
- Enforce mandatory conscription or national service for all Haredi, backed by criminal prosecution and immediate defunding of non-complying yeshivas.
- Set rising annual recruitment quotas with economic incentives, while exempting top Torah scholars and avoiding criminal penalties. The key to successfully integrating them is compromise and agreement.
- Preserve full exemptions for full-time Torah scholars and safeguard yeshiva funding under the traditional status quo.
How should the government handle informal Bedouin nomads villages built without state permits in southern Israel?
- Demolish unpermitted structures, enforce state ownership over disputed lands, and clear illegal encampments.
- Recognize a limited number of villages, but only if residents agree to relocate into state-planned, organized towns.
- Grant official recognition to existing villages, stop home demolitions, and expand building borders for local Arab communities.
How should Israel fight the rise in violent crime, especially in Arab society?
- Expand the National Guard and use the Shin Bet: Give security agencies emergency powers and treat illegal weapons as terrorism.
- Target cartels with the Shin Bet: Let the Shin Bet and tax authorities dismantle major crime families, treating it as a national emergency.
- Rebuild regular police: Keep the Shin Bet out. Re-hire thousands of regular officers, form a government task force, and focus on community policing.
- Focus on equality: Stop using military tactics. Solve the root causes by investing heavily in Arab municipal budgets, education, and equal infrastructure.
What should Israel's policy be on Gaza's security and post-war administration?
- Maintain permanent IDF control and encourage voluntary emigration from Gaza.
- Maintain full Israeli military freedom in Gaza, but hand civil control to non-hostile local or international bodies (excluding the Palestinian Authority).
- Condition security in Gaza on a regional framework with moderate Arab states and a reformed Palestinian Authority.
- End military blockades, focus entirely on humanitarian rebuilding, and avoid military occupation.
Should Israel support the establishment of a Palestinian state?
- Actively pursue a two-state solution based on pre-1967 borders as the necessary political path to guarantee civil rights, peace, and long-term security.
- For the foreseeable future, a Palestinian state isn’t plausible. However, Israel should remain open to long-term separation or non-sovereign autonomy, under strict Israeli security oversight.
- Strongly oppose any Palestinian state under any circumstances, treating the idea as an unacceptable threat to national existence.
Should Israel prioritize security needs even if it strains ties with major allies like the US?
- Act fully independently based on security needs, regardless of ally pressure.

- Align major security decisions closely with the US and Western allies to ensure essential military and diplomatic support.
- Prioritize international law, diplomatic consensus, and regional de-escalation over military actions.

- Maintain pragmatic operational control and settlement growth without annexation.
- Freeze most settlements expansions and begin separation steps to preserve a Jewish-democratic state.
- Halt all settlements, end military control, and support a sovereign Palestinian state.
How should the state investigate the failures surrounding October 7?
- Form an immediate judge-led State Commission of Inquiry with full subpoena powers over political and military leaders. It should've been formed long ago.
- Delay broad political investigations until active threats resolve, focusing now on internal military and intelligence failures.
- Form a balanced national panel with equal coalition-opposition representation and security experts. Reject a judge-led inquiry, which hands power to an unelected, politically biased judicial establishment.
How active should the Supreme Court be when reviewing government decisions and passed laws?
- Strong Restraint - The court should rarely strike down laws or overturn cabinet decisions, deferring to elected majorities.
- Some Restraint - The court should intervene only in rare cases of clear illegality, and stop striking down actions using “reasonableness” arguments.
- Keep the Activism - The court should maintain active oversight to prevent abuse of executive power and safeguard democratic checks and balances.
- More activism - The court should act as an interventionist defender of civil liberties, minority protections, and constitutional norms against majoritarian rule.
Should the Knesset have the power to overturn Supreme Court rulings that strike down laws?
- Reject the Override Clause entirely, preserving full judicial review authority over Knesset legislation.
- Permit a conditional Override Clause requiring a qualified majority (e.g., 70-90 MKs) including Opposition support to re-pass laws.
- Enact a majority Override Clause allowing 61 MKs (Out of 120) to reinstate any law struck down by the Court.
How should Supreme Court justices be selected in Israel?
- Remove the Judges, giving the governing coalition a majority on the Selection Committee, reflecting elected public will.
- Give more seats to politicians than now, but still require broad coalition-opposition consensus.
- Keep the professional status quo, giving sitting judges and legal professionals a veto over appointments to prevent political control.
- Replace politician seats with an independent advisory panel of legal scholars and civil society reps.
Should a politician who is criminally charged (indicted, but not yet convicted) be banned from serving in government?
- Ban all indicted politicians from serving immediately, applying the rule retroactively.
- Ban indicted Prime Ministers from serving, but apply the rule only to future terms so it won't be a personal law.
- Keep current law: An indicted Prime Minister stays in office during trial, but ministers must resign.
- Remove restrictions: allow indicted Prime Ministers and ministers to serve until fully convicted, let the people decide.
