  1. Two weeks. It's been two freaking weeks since I've been attacked by Nex, my body is still in recovery and for the time being I'm stuck in the dream leaping meadow. I exhaled quietly and kept my eyes closed, deep in concentration. At the sound of a husky breath I leaped up onto my feet and a wave of thermal blasts shot out of both of my hands, the intense energy slipping from my body as it brought pain to its victims. Cries of howls in pain and whimpers ringed in my ears as I slowly opened my eyes.
  2. Disintegrated bodies of Kitsunes, Minatours, Lichs, and one Manticore laid spread out on the burnt grass. Ashes of them were all that was left until they suddenly vanished into thin air like they were never there in the first place. I sighed and relaxed my arms, what happened to Aaron when he was out not too long ago was now happening to me. I was constantly battling to stay alive so that I can re-enter my body once again, it was tiring but on the bright side at least I was getting stronger.
  3. Though I could still feel it, that same feeling I got when Nex arrived I still felt it. The something is not right here feeling, it was like a nagging sensation at the back of my head that won't leave me alone until I figure it out what it is. I placed a strand of my hair behind my ear, looking around for any other beasts that were roaming around, awaiting a moment to strike out on me.
  4. My body froze once I heard the sound of mocking laughter. I whipped my head around to search for the source, but the laughter. It was everywhere, coming from every direction. My head started to spin, still trying to decipher where the enemy is hiding.
  5. A cry escaped my lips as a pair of sharp claws dug deep into my back. I reacted instantly and fell on my back, placing my entire weight down onto whatever was attacking me. I could feel that it was definitely something small. I bit the inside of my cheek to keep another cry from escaping as more claws dug into the back of my neck. I reached my arm backwards and grabbed the creature's neck; I dragged it out from underneath me and tossed it as hard as I could.
  6. I quickly gathered the energy inside of me quickly and felt the familiar feeling of heat on the surface of my palm. I shot a thermal ball at the creature and watched as it body slowly burned into ashes. It's cries and pleads screaming in my ears. The yowls soon died down, signaling me that the creature was dead. I got up on my feet and slowly walked over to it. I identified it as a Gremlin; it sort of reminded me of the leader from the movie with the mohawk and everything.
  7. I snapped my head up when I heard the screeching cry of a bird and the flapping of wings. I turned around and my eyes widened when I saw a Raven diving down at me at full speed. I attempted to jump out of the way but it was too late as the Raven knocked me off my feet and tackled me down to the ground.
  8. I struggled against it's grip but only received a slashing of talons to my cheek, damn how many times am I going to be attacked with claws! My struggling began to lessen as I could feel my energy slipping away, the Raven's beady black eyes gazing down at me, absorbing my energy little by little. I neared closer to me and gripped my neck with it's strong talons.
  9. I started gasping for air, my lungs begging for oxygen as the bird's grip tightened. I gripped it's talons, trying to unlock them but nothing was working. I was slowly slipping away I could feel it but there was no way that I'm going down without a fight. The hatred I felt towards these disgrace of existence creatures burned inside of me and grew like a fire blazing more as it was fed more gasoline.
  10. They didn't deserve to live if they served Mason; none of them did if they did his bidding and took the lives of the innocent. Tortured those that never deserved it, pried them away from their families to never be seen again. All those lost and broken souls trapped behind the walls of The Electrifier Bloodshed. I could feel my hands begin to heat up as the hatred increased more and more. I watched as the life slowly seeped away from the Raven's widened eyes. It's grip loosened around my neck and I tossed it's limp body aside. I massaged my neck as my lungs were greeted with sweet oxygen as I got up on my feet.
  11. I looked back at the lifeless bird that lay beside me and shook my head. None of this would've happened if it wasn't serving Mason. When Mason found out that I was locked up in here while my body was recovering, well let's just say him and I didn't have a very pleasant meeting.
  12. "My my_______ what a pleasant surprise to see you here." Mason's voice chimed. I flinched at the sound of the mocking, insignificant, worthless, arrogant, trash of hotness. I kept my back to him as he continued on. "I thought my sources were wrong when I was told that you were here and yet here you stand. I ordered Nex not to harm you but I guess her maim nature got the best of her. Such a shame to see someone as beautiful as you to be horribly harmed." He said and a tsk tsk sound rolled off his tongue.
  13. I clenched my fist to hold back from lashing out my anger on him. This was his game, this is what he was trying to do. Provoke me into attack and then torture me for playing a bad move. I remained silent so I wouldn't give him any satisfaction of hearing my voice. A chuckle rumbled from his throat as I imagined him shaking his head this very instant.
  14. "What? Not happy to see me now are we_____." He sighed and I heard the sound of his feet shuffling forward. "I suppose I deserved that for what I did to you the last time I visited you. Tell me how are you scars doing? You know the ones on your wrists, your left shoulder, and on your upper right leg."
  15. My eyes widened at the mention of it, I thought that it was just a dream but then again since when is any encounter with Mason just a dream. I looked at my wrists and saw the visible white lines of the whip marks laid out across them. "Yes______ what you're thinking is correct. It may have seemed like a dream but I can assure you it wasn't. I told you we would meet again and look I was right!" He laughed and sighed happily.
  16. "Although I never suspected that I would encounter you here in the dream leaping meadow. I was astonished at how easily it was to break through the barriers, usually no one on the dark side has ever been able to destroy them, and not even my father was able to do it. Yet here I stand in this very meadow. Huh something must've happened to the protector."
  17. Mason's fingers then snapped as he chuckled. "Oh yes that's correct something did happen to the protector. Yes I believe I had the pleasure of ridding him from this very planet. Good Hellhound he was yes very loyal." My eyes widened at the mention of a Hellhound. No it's not possible, there's no way he could've......
  18. "Now what was his name again, what was it...." Mason's voice trailed off as he tapped his chin, trying to remember the name. My heart rate began to speed up with such hatred boiling in my blood. I clenched and unclenched my fists over and over again. There's no way he's gone. If he's truly gone I would have known. Power pulse through my veins and began to store inside my hands.
  19. I bit my lip as I felt Mason's hot breath on my neck.. "Of course how could I forget. His name was Delgado ."
  20. "Enough!" I exclaim and unleashed a powerful thermal blast behind me. I tossed my hands at my sides and closed my eyes. I knew Mason evaded the attack but I didn't care at the moment, all I cared about was whether his words were true or false. Tears welled up at the sides and slowly fell upon my cheeks. How could this have happened? How could I have not noticed on why Delgado never came back? Because you denied it all, not wanting to face the truth. A little voice in my head whispered to me. It was true though. I didn't want to face the facts.
  21. A mocking chuckle rippled in the air snapping me out of my little argument. "It's time you face the truth for once ______. Why do you think he told you that he would never be able to see you again? He knew I was going to end him sooner or later, so he decided to say his farewells. Perhaps you should check on your ankle bracelet more often. And yes I am aware that you are the holder of it." Mason's voice sliced through the atmosphere and then faded.
  22. I opened my watered eyes and ran his words through my head over and over again. I placed my hand over my mouth to muffle the agonizing cries forming in my throat. Memories of Delgado flooded my mind only causing me to cry even more. So many things happened and I never felt one bit that my protector was killed. And of all people he was killed by Mason. I fell on my knees and dug my hands into the earth beneath me. Everything around me was now falling apart, and there was nothing that I could do to stop it.
  23. I took a deep breath trying to stop the flowing tears and I found my hand fall upon the lock on the ankle bracelet. I carefully unlocked it and held it tightly in my hand. I mustered all my courage to look at it and once I did more tears flowed down from my eyes to the ground.
  24. Engraved in the seventeenth crystal that once use to be empty stood those silver eyes gazing up at me.
  25. Delgado had become one of the many spirits to guide me.
  26. I shook my head as I snapped myself back to my senses, I've been reliving that memory too many times already. It happened a week ago and I still can't believe that all of that occurred. I stood up on my feet, not really remembering when I had sat down. I had to stop losing my concentration or else I might get another surprise attack from those stupid creatures.
  27. I shuddered as I felt the warm sensation of the blood oozing out of the open wound on my cheek. I ripped off a piece of cloth from my shirt sleeve and held it to the fresh wound. They were going to come back soon and I was going to have to be ready for them. Weak or strong I had to continue fighting. To get back to my body and to the guys.
  28. I had to do this for Delgado.
