  1. Okay let’s start with sitting down. Relax your waistband below your belly button and relax your belly. Lift your shirt up and look down. What do you see?
  2. Stay sitting. Can you see the waistband of your pants?
  3. Put your hands under your belly. How many fingers fit underneath and does your belly move?
  4. Now for standing up. Put on a size small top. Lift your arms in the air and put them down what’s happened?
  5. Lift your shirt up. Do 10 jumping jacks, what does your belly do?
  6. Stay standing. Look down, what do you see?
  7. Get into a press up position and look underneath at your belly, what does it look like?
  8. Lie on your back.. do a sit up and look at your belly what does it look like(
  9. Poke your lower belly what does it feel like?
  10. Finally. Stand up. Look in the mirror turn right the side and bend over to touch your toes what does your belly look like?
