I don't think this will truly sort out the poseurs from the traditional goths, mainly because this was just a game of "do you believe in the stereotypes", which isn't a bad thing, it's just obvious that they're stereotypes/somethi ng that isn't true for all goths.

You need to have questions like, where was the subculture formed, where was the batcave/what is the batcave, name some real goth bands, what is the difference between a poseur goth and a mall goth, maybe what two genres make up Gothic fiction, where was Gothic architecture born, how did the subculture get its name. A poseur / a light labeller wouldn't know them.

Wow... thought I'm a beginner I scored 95%. That's a surprise to me. I'm happy because I found a normal goth quiz here.

Pretty accurate; I scored 79%, so I can defiantly justify my view of myself. Not that I rely on others for help defining who I am, but it�s nice to have a rough estimate of where I stand in my perception of myself.

80% goth...cool. I'm a little confused though. I'm not that stereotypically goth. Though I do really like Nightmare Before Christmas...and wearing black...and vampires...huh...
