I haven't exersised in a looooong time. Long time. So now I'm sore. My thighs, back, shoulders, arms, bootie (because I fell numerous times) uwu
How do you get rid of a sore body? Is there a way?
funniebunnie01 SeniorWell, usually a nice warm bath would help, but I don't think ice would work. Usually if you're sore from that stuff I'm not sure if there is a way to help.
