I workout every day, but that's because I run xc and track. I usually run about 8 miles a day after school for practice and do other conditioning things.

I try to run every other day, but sometimes I'll only run once a week if my shins are hurting really bad.

Everyday.
Im ways changing it up. This summer I logged about 30 hours a week on the mats and drilling striking combos.
Kindataking it easy lately, just getting on my weight bench for abkut an hour a day, doing my pushups, 30 minutes cardio boxing. Chill stuff -

I excersize everyday by dancing in my room and running laps. That's why I'm so skinny.
I am a workout machine -
I run a lot and I play soccer atleast 2/3 times a week... year round soccer team.
