‘Yes you are!’ Maeve protested, huffing, but pulling Lavender closer.

Later that evening, the two were out and about, walking and talking and giggling until it got dark. The town clock chimed 7pm.
‘Ugh, that’s my curfew,’ Maeve groaned. She grabbed Lavender’s hand and pecked her cheek. ‘Love you!’
