Chester nodded, taking a deep breath. 'Y-Yeah.'

"You sure? You seem shaky..."

Chester leaned closer to his touch. ‘J-Just the symptoms. Nothing too bad.’

"If you're sure you're ok..." Jayden kissed the top of his head.

Chester smiled weakly, leaning into his touch. ‘Yeah,’ he said quietly. Oliver stood up and groggily rubbed his eyes.

"Alright." Jayden smiled back.

Chester smiled weakly, taking a deep breath. Oliver checked Chester’s temperature and fixed his bed hair. ‘How’d you sleep?’
‘W-Well, I guess…’ -
"You guess?" Jayd questioned.

Chester sighed. ‘Just some sleep paralysis, I think. I’m fine though.’

"Fair enough." Jayden kissed his cheek.

Chester nodded, smiling weakly. He snuggled closer to Jayden.

Jayd held him. "Do you want to tell us what the nightmare was about now?"

Chester sighed, resting his head against Jayden’s shoulder. ‘If you want.’
Oliver grabbed out his notebook and flipped to an empty page. ‘Go on.’ -
Jayden nodded. He didn't want to pry, but he wanted to know why he was screaming. Plus, maybe it'd help Oliver find a way to calm him down.

Chester snuggled into Jayden. ‘W-Well, um, there was this guy,’ he mumbled, not wanting to specify. ‘A-And he- uh, I watched him k-kill, um..’ He looked up at Jayden, trailing off. ‘A-And, er, yeah…’ He buried his face in Jayden’s chest, not offering anything more.
