I mean... You should really talk to a trusted adult. Just someone you know who will listen. You gotta take care of yourself :(

I've tried looking at free online counseling options for you tonight, but there don't seem to be any reliable ones that don't involve payment, which makes sense. However, there are a lot of crisis and suicide hotlines that you may try calling or texting, just to talk to someone and get it all out. That might help you feel better. I know you said you don't feel like actively hurting yourself, but you mentioned you're "really tryna get hit by a truck" so it seems you're definitely still suicidal and potentially a danger to yourself if you continue operating in that mindset. You said you can't afford a therapist currently, but I suggest that if you're still feeling this way in the future and you are in a situation where you're able to afford therapy that you seek out a clinic. There are many clinics out there that are willing to work with patients with lower incomes. Sometimes insurance can help pay for that too. Also, online counseling seems cheaper than face-to-face therapy (cheaper than mine lol) so that's always an option, though I'm not sure how legit it is.
In summary, I suggest you reach out to a suicide hotline or messaging service in order to help you work through your low before it gets any worse and if you continue feeling this way to consider investing in therapy in the future. You should also set up a safety plan for yourself in case the suicidal thoughts become too intense and you feel you are in danger of hurting yourself, such as the one seen here. All in all, I hope you stay safe.

Depression can be healed. Without any money too. Just takes being honest with ourselves.

life is such a precious thing. i sometimes still struggle with dark thoughts too. when you realize you have a problem and are honest, that's the beginning of recovery. i really hope you find and reach that beginning and are able to talk to someone soon.
