Nikki looked around and found a big heat source,she went to it.

Diana approached the stream. She didn't know why, but she felt as if someone was watching her. She looked around and saw a dinosaur.

Rikki turned back to her part-human form "Hello."

Diana was startled to hear a creature, that a second ago, looked exactly like a dinosaur, say 'Hello'. She narrowed her eyes, cautious of the girl, and replied "Who are you, and where did you come from? I've never seen you here before.."

"new here,are you like me?"she asked.

Diana was surprised at how friendly the girl was. But then again, she had little contact with people since she ran away. The only people that talked to her were rangers asking if she was lost. Of course,she always replied with a 'I'm fine'. This one, however, seemed actually interested. She decided it was probably safe to tell her. After all, who would believe a girl who looked like she belonged in a hospital?
"If by 'like me' you mean can change, than yes. Not a dinosaur though."

"What can you change to?"Nikki asked,looking at her up and down. -
(IIt's okay. I forgot about this and went to the store with my dad, so we're even)
" A panther. Wait a second, I don't even know your name. Mine's Diana." She held out her hand. -
Nikki looked at it warily,then she shook it,"Nikki"

"Pleased to meet you Nikki. I better, um, go. But I'll see you around, I guess." Holy crap. All these years alone Diana thought , then this girl pops out of nowhere. Doesn't seem like a threat, but I still should be cautious.

Diana ran off to her cave, to the pace she called home. -
Nikki started getting twigs,and when she got a lot,she used her flint and stone that she found to get a sparks.In a few minuts,she had a nice fire going.

When Diana was in her cave, she yawned. What a strange occurance, She thought, But at least it won't be so lonley now
(Just thinking, but should I switch my character to a guy? Or would it be too confusing of a switch? If so, all I'd change would his name would be Danny)
