No, it's horrible that your family reacted that way.

They hate me. It's not surprising. -.-' I tried to talk to my dad about how he always keeps me shut out from the rest of the family and defends them, but he will never pay attention to me (the whole family's like that, but he was there at the moment) and he just slammed the door in my face.
