Don't do that Teresa.Cause when you feel better all about this that mark is still gonna be there and leave a scar,a permanent reminder of bad times.

@Jade I know. I burned myself twice in January. Actually, I burned about 5 times, but only 2 were deep enough to leave marks.
@Sam You think my parents would let me?! They don't give a damn about me, but they would kill me if I threw something. Plus they don't know about GTQ. -

People always asked why I hurt myself. Everyday I went to counceling she'd just examine me like I was a test subject. Like I was a problem she couldn't solve. One she couldn't find the cause of. She didn't care about a cure, she just wanted to know why, why. And for the longest time I didn't know either. Until I realized I had nothing else to do. I got pissed off at people and I could do nothing about it except physically hurt them and be called a bully or a bitch. So I sat through it. I let it boil up inside of me and consume me. Until I let it out. I didn't lash out at them though. I took it out on myself.
