I looked out the window. "Trust me...you don't know what they're capable of."

"Fine then. Tell me what they're capable of and what we should be doing." He didn't take his eyes off of the road.

I blinked. "Wha-What you saw and the torture they did to you, was nothing. If they catch us, you'll be killed in the worst way no human could think of. I, on the other hand, would probably be starved then forced to feed on...."

"I guessed most of that. What..." He stopped. He wasn't sure if he wanted to know.

I raised my eyebrows. "What...?"

"What would you be forced to feed on?"

I closed my eyes. "There something only my sister knows...when I was little, I would sneak out of the castle all the time, to see my friend. He was like a brother to me. But he was human. And if that wasn't bad enough, he knew that I was a vampire, his brother was a Slayer for hell's sake.My sister caught me sneaking out once, and promised to keep it from my father...but now..."

(No, just some other random slayer)
I closed my eyes. -
(Oh, okay. Good.)
He focused on driving. -
I dozed off.

He drove for the rest of the day, only stopping once. He let her sleep the whole time. That night, he stopped on an almost unused road. There wasn't really much point to getting a hotel. He leaned back in his seat and glanced over at her. He hoped, for her sake, that she wouldn't have that dream again, then fell into a peaceful sleep.

I woke up and looked around. The sun was just coming up over the hill. It must have been around five in the morning. i slowly sat up and looked at our surroundings.

He moved a little, still asleep.

I glanced over at him sleeping, then got up and out of the car.
