I kept my eyes on the car. -
He switched lanes, pushing the gas pedal down even more.

"They're catching up..." I said nervously.

"Got any ideas?" He pulled onto an exit, pressing the gas pedal to the floor of the car.

I tired to think. My father always said Beat the enemy at their own game... "Turn into the bush." I said.

"Okay..?" He steered the car into a bush. You'd better have some genius plan, princess...

I looked back at the car catching up to us. "We should be able to lose them..." I said remembering how the guards are bad at tracking in places like this.

He continued driving. Interesting plan...

Soon the car started to slow down, they were getting confused. I smiled.

He glanced in the mirror. They were slowing down. He grinned a bit. "Now what, princess?"

I rolled my eyes. "We find another road."

He nodded and continued driving.

I watched the car slow down more. See ya. I thought.

"I wonder if your sister's with them..." He muttered.

"She probable was." I sighed. She just wants to make daddy proud of her. I thought bitterly. She always wanted that.
