  I had a few that people gave me. I just used them as regular rubber bands....

  Then Club Penguin cards
  then Toms
  then Pencil grips
  after that silly bands
  lastly Bucky balls
  
  none of which i participated in

  Crocs were popular when I was in elementary school
  Silly bands (we called them animal bracets6 were popular when i was in 6th grade
  Pop watches were popular when I was in 7th grade
  I had silly bands and crocs but no popwatches. Didn't they stop making crocs?

  At my school fads were:
  (starting in first grade)
  build-a-bear
  gel pens
  crocs
  gochos (those swayie pants)
  silly bands
  phitens
  camel backs
  
  end of seventh grade, ended with skirts particapated in that.
