The masks don't help. Not really. All it does is deprive those who actually need them, like doctors, nurses and surgeons

from what i heard kids also tend to spread the disease much less than adults

The child immune system does seem to be more resistant to the virus.

by the way, the flu shot does not prevent the flu. i’ve done plenty of research, which is why i don’t get them.
i’d rather not inject rat poisoning into my body. -
(Flu shots give you the flu to make you immune to the current flu virus, and if that's the case, you may as well catch it without being injected.)

i’ve never had the flu, and my immune system honestly isn’t the greatest.

vaccines generally help and have very few risks. they just give you a weakened or dead flu virus for your body to practice on so it's better able to handle the flu.
also rat poison is totally different. it's basically a blood thinner mixed with teeny tiny sharp stuff. the sharp stuff causes internal bleeding and the blood thinner makes sure it doesn't stop. -

it may just be me personally, but every time i’ve received the flu shot, i’ve become very sick.
i receive all of my other necessary vaccines.
