it also helps that solaris 3 is supposed to take place way in the future, so some of these jokes about media and seeing that kind of technology being used doesn't feel out of place at all

it does not help genshin's case that we have no idea what time period we're in. we've supposedly got people still foraging and cooking on campfires outside, some really old looking architecture in some places.. and then at the same time, cellphones, motorcycles and jokes about rizz
