The blonde guy discovered a bomb disguised as a clock, and is trying to dismantle it.
The guy in yellow saw the blonde guy with the bomb and thought that the blonde guy was planning to kill him.
And the guy in black is just staring, plotting his next move because he was the one that placed the bomb.
In other words, I don't know. I just had fun making up a scenario. -
