No, it's really not. To manipulate someone basically means to influence or control them unfairly or unscrupulously. Kiersten is forming her own judgment and we are simply agreeing with each other. That's not manipulation.

Assuming that I'm looking at the right drawing, you should probably take a look at yourself before you draw. Or at online references. Even when drawing stylistically, you need to know proper human anatomy so that you can properly distort it. When you consider a pose, try out aspects of it yourself. If the pose feels forced or unnatural, you should probably reevaluate the anatomy.
Of course, I'm not saying that you should do this every time. Just watch people more. Watch how bodies move, and how clothing folds and falls on bodies. -
