  I think it was Carter white or his son.
  
  Summer got pregnant for Carter White or his son.
  Mr. White is a business man so that means he probably did not want the shame or disgrace caused by his son being a father at seventeen. So he killed her, probably with the help of his son.

  I answered homicide with White, seeing as I spent 20 mins typing while more information was being added. So I didn't get the son part until after my post, which this f---ing scrub just copy/pasted because they don't have their own brain.

  I think Mr. White was trying to kill her because he did not want anyone to know that he was the one that actually had raped her, causing the illusion that it was her boyfriend that got her pregnant. He wanted to kill her because obviously he said her family doesn't care for her so they wouldn't notice, so he went after he. He did kill her, it wasn't a suicide as you said, but the girl carved the 'S' before she died because either she didn't want him to get caught even though he killed her or Mr. White did it himself.
