I believe that Jessica did it.
The back door was broken. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense is the reason why the glass is on the outer side of the door as opposed to the inner side. The only logical explanation is that the door was broken by someone on the inside.
If Issac and Hampton are to be believed, then they couldn't have been inside the house at any time during the night.
Laila was not mentioned in any of the statements to be near the scene of the crime, therefore I believe that it's safe to assume that it wasn't her.
Therefore the only one who could have committed the crime was Jessica herself.
As for a motive, Laila's statement stated that Jessica wished to break up with Issac. She went on to mention that she wanted to do so without hurting his feelings.
If Issac was the criminal, then it would give Jessica a reason to break up with him. She could say that she didn't have a choice, or that she feels betrayed.
Also, if we look at Jessica's statement once more, you'll see that she says that she couldn't believe that he would do this, and that she would have to break up with him.
This crime was simply a way for Jessica to break up with her boyfriend without hurting his feelings! -
