Jessica wanted to break up with Isaac without hurting his feeling
but if his alibies checks out then it couldn't be him
it was Jessica because if he had broken in the glass would be inside not outside
she must have decided if she was to be the victim no one would be mad at her for dumping him so she did it her self as he couldn't blame her
there for she couldn't be blamed if his feelings were hurt -

Easy:
Ms. Jenkins staged the crime to make it appear as if someone had broken in and stolen her necklace, attempting to frame her boyfriend and use it as an excuse to dump him.
How is it staged? The glass on the porch would indicate that someone broke it from the inside. If it was a break IN the glass would be INSIDE. Other evidence would be that the rest of the place is still fairly untouched, so unless Mr. Hamston knew exactly where the necklace was, he'd have to make quite the mess to find it.
Jessica is just falsely accusing her boyfriend as a means to break up with him. -
It was Lailla. She wanted to help her friend break up with her ex, so she decided to trash her house/ cause the damage, to put the blame on Issac.

Jessica framed her boyfriend. She was trying to find a good reason to break up with him but she didn't, so she did this. Plus, the glass was on the porch, stating it was broken from inside.

Basically, it was Lailla. She trashed her own house and most likely hid the necklace in order to blame her boyfriend and have a good reason to break up with him.
