yeah um band doesnt require any actual strength to pull off. if anything the only thing your working out is your throat and your arms by lifting up those heavy instruments.

Um, Marching band can be considered a sport. There's a lot of technique and physical exertion. Have any of you ever tried to play trombone while moving across a football field in sync with 30 other people in front of a crowd of hundreds?
