Thread Topic: Help.

How do I stop my face from going red everytime I talk in class or to someone other than a family member?
-
wait what? going red?
-
Pretend everyone's naked.
-
Take deep breaths
-
Practice talking in front of a mirror.
Envision everyone in their underwear.
Imagine yourself naked. -
You know .... Blushing? When your face gets all hot?
That has never worked for me. -
I can't take deep breaths in the middle of a sentence because that would look weird.
I've tried the talking in the mirror thing, but it hasn't been working. -
Wait, why would I imagine myself naked?
-
Maybe cower in the corner.
Try talking to your dogs. Surely you're comfortable with that. -
okaay...just not sure what you meant, but I'm not sure how to solve that...I have a problem like that but it's I just can't speak right around someone...I studder like bloody hell.
-
Idk. Being silly. :P
-
I can't cower in the corner, I'm in class. And I already talk to my dogs, that's not the problem. My face going red when I talk in class is the problem.
Stuttering is bad. -
Then continue to blush... *shrugs shoulders doubtfully*
-
yeah...well it's not really studdering...its more just ums placed here or there and having gigantic pauses between phrases...
-
You have the same problem that I have.. :(
