Yes. In "Dark Horse", it's in an Egyptian setting. Literally. And a Dark Horse is something Egyptiany. But she says "make me your Aphrodite" in the song.

Aphrodite is a goddess. Which a goddess represents divinity, like Egyptian royalty and rulers.

Aphrodite is the Greek goddess of love, specifically. So to make someone your Aphrodite would be to make them your point of ultimate love.
