Me: History.
Him: What's your grade in that?
Me: B.
Him: Well, when you get it up to an A, I'll stop nagging at you.
Really? I'm in all advanced classes. So sorry that I can't get an A in every single class. So sorry that I can't be a valedictorian like my friends. So sorry that I'm not as smart as them. So sorry that I didn't turn out the way you wanted me to be. Just get off my back. I'm happy that I have a B in History because I'm not very good at it. -

i'm happy i'm a valedictorian! not! i'm not good at most things so i get Bs and Cs and only ever do i get As in science

Yeah, I know. He wants me to just be like my best friend. Who's super smart and is in the running for valedictorian and is athletic too and he's always comparing me to her. Like "Why can't you be like Taylor?" It pisses me off. And he's saying that I don't care enough of my grades.
Do your parents get on you because of that? -
